Jack Straw, Franklin's, Lazy Lightning>Supplication and Stranger are high energy.
The rest of the show was fair, but
Jerry was tighter in '80 than ... 78, 79 and all the years after (1981).

I've written elsewhere that the Spring/Summer 1980 period is an oft neglected ers of Grateful Dead, bracketed as it is by '77-'78 and '85 onward. True,
...
Brent has yet to shed is toy piano and organ noises, but on aud tapes they play to the room really well (so I tend to avcoid SBD tapes from this period)
This particular show has it's strong points (Jack Straw, Peggy-O), but it also includes a stupendously weak Althea, which ought to have been far more muscular than it was, it being a 2nd set opener and all....this at a time when Althea matured early and on some nights Jerry just rushed it...which rarely happened in later years.
The other songs from Go To Heaven sound really young, but Lost Sailor>Saint has a lot of energy to it, and Jerry seems to wake up out of the sleepwalking he did through Althea. From then on it is a strong set, worthy of 4 stars.
As far as Aud tapes go, this one isn't bad....yes, I've heard better but I have also heard far, FAR worse, so I'll give the recording a solid 4 stars as well.
If you enjoy the mid 1980's, you should download this one, if only to compare it to other shows of the era.
A good Bake-On will help :-)
